  2. 2. Implement your daily action plan. Now you must actually follow your action plan. Do it every day and little by little it will take shape. Put your plan into action no matter what it takes. Success in network marketing always starts with a plan.
  3. 3. Your confidence increases as you reach small goals.  Each step, no matter how small is a milestone. There is always some satisfaction when you get results. You feel good when you know you have worked at what you planned. Your confidence will grow each day as you feel little ripples of accomplishment. And as your confidence grows, so will your business. And you will gain more and more momentum.
  4. 4. Money is a bonus. When you work to help others, you will achieve results. Work for the love of your network marketing, your customers, your product and your team. MonaVie, a Salt Lake City-based producer of a nutritional drink made from the Brazilian açai berry and 18 other fruits, has demonstrated stunning growth since Dallin Larsen founded it in 2005. The company brought in $854 million in revenue in 2008, says the 50-year-old Larsen. But don’t look for MonaVie on store shelves. The company uses a “network selling” or “multilevel marketing” sales structure, like Amway’s or Mary Kay Cosmetic’s, where customers are actually independent distributors recruited to sell to friends and neighbors. Critics say this structure often misrepresents how much people will make and puts too much focus on signing up new salespeople. Larsen instead paints it as the most effective way to sell a product that needs a story or explanation behind it. He says more than 1 million people have signed up for MonaVie, which goes for about $40 a bottle, and the company has hundreds of thousands of active sellers. About 75% of them are actually buying MonaVie for personal use, he says, but others are making a small extra income and a select few are bringing in big bucks. “I never say this is get rich quick. It’s not. This is hard work,” he says. Some açai marketers credit the juice with miracle properties like anti-aging or weight-loss, but Larsen claims his product is simply an effective way to get antioxidants. “As a company, we don’t make any claims that this product treats, cures, or mitigates disease.”

Home Business Lead Generation Strategies to Explode Your MLM

How many times have you seen Home based business reps struggling to get anyone into their network?  Sometimes it seems that only the top leaders are generating all the new people.  I will show you how to reverse this way of thinking and kick some serious butt in building your business.

Why are others succeeding while you have hit a brick wall?

You might have listened to everything your upline told you to do, and you might have bought every company produced training product.  It seems like it is still always a major struggle.  For many people it has taken years and years of trying to build a business.  And for some the stress and disappointment were too much.  I have had similar MLM experiences over the years, and absolutely no matter what I tried – it seemed as if nothing would work.


Here are the home business lead generation strategies:

My successful strategy came to me one night after spending several weeks studying many home based business trainers outside of my primary company and following a proven internet driven lead generation system.  I also made some serious decisions about who I was and what leadership skills I could provide to build my MLM empire.  I knew I had what it took to be successful and now was going to completely explode my efforts with a plan and some serious dedication.

I was sure that by connecting with people, helping my team, and acting like a leader, my business would change for the best.

The crazy thing is that with my own inner genius applied to my existing business, the recruiting barrier seemed to totally shift from that day on.  I wasn’t concerned with following someone else’s lead, I only cared about success for my team and myself.

A few leads per month turned into ten, then 20, then 50 and more and more people become serious builders in my business. That’s when things really came together. What I am going to do is share very briefly what works for my business.  I know this may be the strategy you have been seeking.

1.  I learned how to create incredible traffic to my business on autopilot through simple internet technologies, using a successful internet marketing platform and Web 2.0 systems.  It doesn’t matter as much how good you are at prospecting, or following up, as long as you have consistent traffic to your internet system.  Then I started having hundreds of people come to my main website.  Then dozens of people wanted to join me on my journey to success.  I would have people contacting me on a daily basis asking to be part of my organization and to teach them my strategies.

2.  I also decided that when prospects or reps would contact me or come through my online sales funnel, I would defer everything to 3rd party edification, rather than trying to explain it all myself.  In other words, they would ask a question and I would get them on a 3 way call with someone upline, or downline. I would take myself out of the equation. All I did was build a relationship and refer them to systems, people, presentations or sales funnels and they would get it, pure and simple – then I had solid reps with a mind of their own who could stand on their own 2 feet.

3.  Finally I started explaining to people how to build their business, and follow my direction.  It is an amazing thing when you become a great leader and people really do want to follow you.  I have become passionate about showing people how to do this and, believe it or not, many have thanked me and said they needed someone to take charge and LEAD.

Something to think about…

I am forever being contacted by colleagues recommending a variety of self-help books. And, yet, a another recently mentioned to me that he had been on a workshop where another participant told him to “Stop reading the books – and start living it!” The truth is, that you will only find true wisdom within. You will only find your true potential within. You don’t have to read others’ experiences or exhortations – you have to, at some point, sooner or later, start walking the talk – you’ve got to do it for yourself.

Many – or most – of the self-help books available on the market talk about our inner power, our innate ability to unleash the “giant within”. However, continually reading books will not do it for you – books contain other people’s wisdom, other people’s experience, other people’s journeys. You’ve got to take your own journey. Like attracts like, remember the law of attraction. And that journey starts in this very moment – it doesn’t start with a New Year’s Resolution, with some future commitment. In this very moment, you have, entirely within your own power, the ability to start truly living – way beyond what so-called “normal” people take for living.

You see, “normal” people don’t live – they exist in a pseudo-world of automatic reactive behavior, based on what they internalized when they were young and impressionable. In our formative years, we “learned” how the world works, what was possible and impossible, who we are and what our place is in this world of ours. Research indicates that little (or nothing) of what we learned approximates to the truth of what you and I can really achieve. Research indicates that we were socialized or normalized, that we live to a set of norms that confine us into an existence which sells us far short of all that we could actually and otherwise be.

The same research indicates that those who follow the norms are predisposed to being negative, believing the negative and mindlessly accepting that life is the way the vast majority of people believe it to be – a struggle, where you have to work hard to be a success, where nothing comes easily, where you live and die on the same set of rails that have been previously travelled by all the other normal people. Of course, if you buy into that nonsense, that is how your life will turn out – because we all create, through our subconscious beliefs, our very own self-fulfilling prophecies.

Time to wake up from the nightmare! Time to realize that you have, within your very own self, the innate ability to be all that you can be. Time to realize that you can create the life that you really, really want because, in the day to day of your current everyday life, you are already creating the life that you expect – it’s just that normal people live down to their expectations. Decades of research prove conclusively that we experience what we expect to experience, that we perceive what we expect to perceive, that we live the lives we expect to live.

Unfortunately, we are surrounded by normality and find it hard to break free. Sure, we might like to read about it, might like to dream about it, but most people will die without having realized their wildest dreams, without having realized what normal people perceive as unrealistic ambitions. These dreams are only wild or unrealistic because they don’t conform to the norms expected of normal people. These dreams and ambitions are yours for the living if you start using your mind abnormally – the way extraordinarily successful people use their minds. The only difference between you and people like Bill Gates, Muhammad Ali, Donald Trump, Mahatma Gandhi and all the rest is that those guys refused to accept the norm.

You can turn your back on the drudgery of normal too by changing your state of mind. Normal people’s minds are in an awful state – one bombarded by 50,000 random thoughts each day, one where their subconscious constantly focused on what was learned during their formative years – a past long gone.

As I said earlier, now is the moment in which you can change everything. Now is the moment in which you can start living exceptionally. There’s no time like the present. Indeed, now is the only time and place you or I have – doesn’t it make sense that we make the very most we can of the here and now.

This is done by turning your mind’s attention away from the nonsense that is pulling the normal world over your eyes. This is done by developing – or re-developing, because we could all do it as children, before we became normal adults – your innate, natural ability to invest your precious energy in the present moment. If you invest your energy in now, you will be more present than the normal person. You will have what normal people call “presence” – the kind of presence and influence that the people I mentioned earlier on have exercised in their lives.

You invest your energy in the present by paying more attention to the here and now. You are blessed in that you have, at your disposal, five senses with which you can actively engage to experience the wonder of what is going on now – not what normal people think is going on – but what is actually happening. You might just find that, in doing so, you’ll find that all the opportunities you need to achieve effortless success are before your very eyes. Open them.
